Cancellation policy:

For bookings for Daily Cruises cancelled between the date of booking and 7 days before embarkation, a full refund will be returned to the client.

For bookings for Daily cruises cancelled, between 6 to 3 days before embarkation, 30% of the total charter fee will be withheld by the shipowner.

For bookings for Daily cruises cancelled, within 3 days of embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee will be withheld by the shipowner.

- If the cancellation is made for changing the day of the reservation, no extra fee is applied but the new reservation is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new date or tour then the cancellation terms concerning the time factor are applied.

- The company reserves the right:

a) to change or modify the route of the scheduled cruise or to cancel it due to inclement weather, technical issues of yachts or for reasons it seems that they should not ensure safety for the customer. In case of cancellation 100% refund of the down or full payment is applied.

b) To carry out the trip with any vessel of the same category depending on the availability and the conditions governing its operations and with the commitment that in any case it will provide to the customer the agreed services.

Data We Collect

Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

Data given automatically

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.

Data given from other sources

Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.

• Passengers must carry their personal documents (ID/ passport) in case of any identification control by local authorities. • Vehicles used for the transfer of our clients are thoroughly ventilated and cleaned with antiseptic cleaners • All vessels are equipped with antiseptics in common areas. • Use of disposable crockery for the offered meals. • Before embarkation, the crew performs temperature measurements on each customer. • Before embarkation passengers are advised to fill a pre-boarding health declaration questionnaire provided by the crew. • Guests are advised to inform the crew immediately in case they feel sick. • High-grade disinfectant used on our vessels during cleaning procedures including common surface areas, cabins and lavatories.
